Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 160.05, subdivision 2, which prevented roads on or parallel to railroad right-of-way from being designated as legal highways or public roads.

Removes the prohibition that prevented public use of roads on railroad right-of-way from creating legal highway status or town maintenance obligations.

Eliminates the restriction that prevented public or individual rights from accruing through continued use of roads parallel to railway company property.
