Prohibits candidates for the legislature or constitutional office, their principal campaign committees, political parties, and party units from soliciting or accepting contributions from registered lobbyists, political committees, political funds, or unregistered associations during regular legislative sessions.

Prohibits registered lobbyists, political committees, political funds, and unregistered associations from making contributions to candidates for the legislature or constitutional office, their campaign committees, political parties, and party units during regular legislative sessions.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 10A.273, subdivision 1, to add "political party" to the list of entities restricted from accepting contributions during legislative sessions.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
