Proposes amendment to Minnesota Constitution, Article IV, Section 4, to establish staggered four-year terms for state senators instead of all senators serving concurrent terms.

Senators elected from even-numbered districts at the first election after legislative reapportionment must serve two-year terms.

Senators elected from odd-numbered districts at the last election before legislative reapportionment must serve two-year terms.

Amendment will be submitted to voters at the 2024 general election with the question: "Shall the Minnesota Constitution be amended to provide for staggered terms of office for state senators?"

Representatives continue to serve two-year terms, unchanged by the amendment.
