Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 202A.16, which establishes eligibility requirements for precinct caucus participation.

Removes the requirement that only individuals eligible to vote at the next state general election may vote or be elected as delegates or officers at precinct caucuses.

Eliminates the requirement that caucus participants must be in agreement with party principles and have voted or affiliated with the party at the last or intend to do so at the next state general election.

Removes restrictions limiting participation to the precinct where a voter resides and the prohibition against voting at more than one party's caucuses in a single year.
