$3,738,000 appropriated from the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account to the commissioner of transportation for predesign, design, engineering, and construction of the Trunk Highway 60 realignment in Wabasha.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue up to $4,894,000 in state bonds for local infrastructure improvements under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue up to $3,738,000 in state bonds for the highway realignment under Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11.

Both sections effective the day following final enactment, with total appropriations of $8,632,000 for the Wabasha Trunk Highway 60 realignment project.
