Allows persons to use a digital image of a paper game and fish license as proof of possession when acting under a license or traveling from an area where a licensed activity was performed.

Permits exhibition of a digital image of a paper license to conservation officers or peace officers instead of requiring the physical paper license.

Applies only to paper licenses that have been issued to and received by the person; does not apply to licenses sold electronically but not yet received or to paperless licenses.

Expires March 1, 2026, after which digital images will no longer satisfy the license possession requirement unless further legislation extends the provision.

Effective the day following final enactment.
