Requires pharmacists to provide written reports of medication regimen review findings to the facility's director of health services, who must share the report with the resident's attending provider; both the director and attending provider must sign and accept or reject the report by the provider's next visit or sooner if indicated.

Requires assisted living facilities to offer medication regimen reviews to residents not requesting or receiving medication management services when admitted and each time they experience a significant change in condition, with the facility documenting the resident's decision.

Mandates that assisted living facilities providing medication management services conduct at least annual on-site reviews of medication storage, setup, and administration practices by a pharmacist or nurse, with results and recommendations provided to the director of health services.
