Appropriates $4,900,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2024 to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to Scott County for the U.S. Highway 169/Trunk Highway 282 interchange project in Jordan.

Funds cover design and construction of local road improvements associated with the interchange at U.S. Highway 169, Trunk Highway 282, and Scott County State-Aid Highway 9 in the city of Jordan.

Project includes accommodations for bicycles and pedestrians, rail grade separation, road work, and public utility relocations.

Appropriation is a onetime grant available for use until June 30, 2027.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
