Increases the pupil transportation adjustment percentage from 35 percent to 70 percent for independent, common, and special school districts under Minnesota Statutes 126C.10, subdivision 18a.

The adjustment applies to the greater of zero or the specified percentage of the difference between a district's total transportation costs and the sum of basic revenue allowance (4.66 percent), transportation sparsity revenue, charter school transportation adjustment, and reimbursements.

Charter schools' pupil transportation adjustment equals the school district per pupil adjustment calculated under the same formula.

Effective for revenue for fiscal year 2025 and later.
