$5,500,000 appropriated from state transportation bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of St. Louis Park for Highway 100 improvements

Funds cover the service drive between Westside Drive and the southbound ramp; Westside Drive loop connecting west and east service drives; and the east service drive between Old Cedar Lake Road and Barry Street

Appropriation includes trail and sidewalk connections, bridge modifications, water and sewer facility repairs, streetlights, signals, and pavement and curb replacement

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $5,500,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Effective the day following final enactment
