Prohibits service providers from restricting, restraining, or prohibiting customers from directly or indirectly soliciting or hiring service provider employees.

Declares any contract provision that violates this prohibition void and unenforceable.

Requires service providers to notify their employees when an existing contract contains a violating provision.

Effective August 1, 2024, and applies to contracts and agreements entered into on or after that date.

Defines "employee" to include independent contractors, "customer" as entities hiring service providers, and "service provider" as employers or managers contracting work for customers.
