• Employers with 30 or more employees at a minimum of one site must disclose the starting salary range in each job posting for available positions.

• Job postings must include a general description of all benefits and other compensation to be offered to hired job applicants.

• Employers that do not plan to offer a salary range must list a fixed pay rate instead, and salary ranges cannot be open-ended.

• The definition of "posting" covers all recruitment solicitations done directly by employers or indirectly through third parties, including electronic and printed materials that include job qualifications.
