Reorganizes statutory definitions and clarifies which sections apply to terms such as "lockout," "professional strikebreaker," and "supervisory employee."

Repeals Minnesota Rules part 5510.0310, subpart 13, regarding definitions of hearing officers and mediators, and renumbers one subdivision in section 179.35.

Applies to labor dispute procedures, collective bargaining, mediation, arbitration, unfair labor practices for both employees and employers, and public employment relations.
