• Appropriates funds from general obligation bond proceeds to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for final design, site preparation, and right-of-way acquisition for an interchange at U.S. Highway 10, Trunk Highway 25, Becker County State-Aid Highway 8, and Becker County Road 52 in Becker and Becker Township.

• Appropriates separate funds from the trunk highway bond proceeds account for the same interchange project purposes.

• Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds in unspecified amounts to fund the general obligation bond appropriation, subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.
