$14,800,000 appropriated from bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to Sherburne County for property acquisition, engineering, and construction of local road portions of the interchange at U.S. Highway 169 and Sherburne County State-Aid Highway 4 in Zimmerman.

$34,900,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for property acquisition, engineering, and construction of the trunk highway portions of the same interchange.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue up to $14,800,000 in state bonds to provide funds for the local road grant, subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631-16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4-7.

Commissioner of Management and Budget authorized to sell and issue up to $34,900,000 in state bonds for the trunk highway portion, subject to Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50-167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11.

Grant funding for local road portions is conditional upon the Commissioner of Management and Budget determining that sufficient funds have been committed to complete the entire project.
