Mandates voting systems used for ranked choice voting to provide test lab certifications, capture and report ballot data, accept ranked voting data under various tabulation rules, and notify voters of errors like overvotes or skipped rankings.

Establishes postelection review procedures comparing electronic voting system results to hand-counted ballots, with expanded review required if discrepancies exceed acceptable percentages set by the secretary of state.
