Creates general education disparity aid program in Minnesota Statutes chapter 126C, effective for fiscal year 2025 and later.

Calculates each school district's disparity aid allowance as 0.37 times the difference between the per-pupil revenue of districts at or below the 20th percentile and the district's own per-pupil revenue.

Defines "adjusted general education revenue" to include general education revenue and referendum revenue under existing statutes.

Appropriates funds from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2025 to distribute general education disparity aid to qualifying school districts.
