Appropriates $1,030,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year 2025 to fund special education registered apprenticeship programs through intermediate school districts.

Requires the department to award grants of $250,000 each to Intermediate School Districts Nos. 287, 288, 916, and 917.

Grant funds may be used for program oversight and administrative costs, apprentice stipends and tuition, mentor teacher stipends, and substitute teacher costs.

Up to three percent of the appropriation is available for grant administration.

Funds are available until June 30, 2027, and this is a one-time appropriation.
