Commissioner of administration must convey all state-owned land within the Cloquet Forestry Center boundaries to the Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota at no cost.

Land to be conveyed is located in Carlton County and includes eight specifically described parcels across Sections 29, 30, 31, and 32 in Township 49 North, Range 17 West.

Attorney general must approve the conveyance form and may make corrections to the land description to ensure accuracy.

Unspecified amount from the general fund is appropriated for fiscal year 2025 to prepay and defease outstanding state general obligation bonds used for improvements at the University of Minnesota Cloquet Forestry Center.

Upon prepayment and defeasance of all associated debt, the real property and improvements shall no longer constitute state bond financed property under Minnesota Statutes section 16A.695.
