Establishes maximum monthly duty limit of 276 hours for yardmasters employed by Class I, II, and III railroads operating in Minnesota.

Prohibits requiring yardmasters to work more than 12 consecutive hours without at least 10 consecutive hours off duty during the prior 24 hours.

Requires 48 consecutive hours off at the employee's home terminal after six consecutive days of initiating on-duty periods, during which time the employee must be unavailable for any service.

Defines "yardmaster" as an employee supervising and coordinating control of trains and engines in a railyard, excluding dispatchers, signal employees, and train employees.

Creates new Minnesota Statutes section 219.756 to codify these hours of service limitations for railroad yardmasters.
