Establishes the Minnesota SNAP step up for seniors program to supplement federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits for eligible seniors.

Defines eligible seniors as individuals age 55 or older and sets the minimum monthly benefit amount at $50.

Requires the state to provide a supplemental benefit to households with eligible seniors who receive federal SNAP benefits below $50 to bring the total to at least $50 per month.

Prohibits the supplemental benefit from being counted as income in any program that does not count SNAP benefits as income.

Appropriates funding from the general fund for fiscal year 2025 and requires the commissioner of human services to apply for federal waivers or approvals necessary for program implementation.
