Amends Minnesota Statutes section 62J.84, subdivision 14 to require wholesale drug distributors to report prescription drug information by month rather than annually beginning January 1, 2024

Requires distributors to submit reports to the commissioner within 60 days of receiving a notification to report for drugs of substantial public interest

Mandates monthly reporting of units acquired, spending before rebates, rebates receivable, units sold, gross revenue from U.S. sales, and rebates payable for the 12-month period prior to notification

Requires detailed drug identification including national drug code, product name, dosage form, strength, and package size

Allows distributors to submit supporting documentation for the reported information
