Extends the reporting deadline for the Direct Care Services Corps Pilot Project evaluation from January 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026, with the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living reporting findings to legislative committees on health care costs, personal care assistant retention, and patient/provider satisfaction.

Extends the availability of the $500,000 fiscal year 2024 appropriation for the Direct Care Services Corps Pilot Project from June 30, 2026 to allow continued implementation and grant administration.

Establishes a base appropriation of $150,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2027 for the Employment Supports Alignment Study to continue beyond the initial two-year funding period.

Makes the bill effective the day following final enactment for both amendments to the evaluation reporting timeline and appropriation availability extensions.
