Amends Minnesota Statutes section 326B.106, subdivision 16 to require minimum electric vehicle charging infrastructure in new commercial and multifamily structures with on-site parking facilities

Requires single-family homes, two-family homes, and townhouses with on-site parking to provide at least one electric-vehicle-capable space per dwelling unit or parking space, whichever is less

Exempts residential structures with fewer than four dwelling units from the electric vehicle charging requirements

Introduced February 26, 2024 and referred to Labor Committee, with committee report on March 25, 2024 recommending passage as amended and re-referral to State and Local Government and Veterans
