Increases future base funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) outreach program from $500,000 to $1,000,000 in fiscal years 2026 and 2027, effective July 1, 2025.

Provides $1,000,000 in both fiscal years 2024 and 2025 for the SNAP outreach program under Minnesota Statutes, section 256D.65.

Amends Laws 2023, chapter 70, article 20, section 2, subdivision 24, which addresses grant programs for children and economic support.

Adjusts the overall general fund base to $83,179,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $88,179,000 in fiscal year 2027 for all grant programs in this subdivision.
