Amends Minnesota Statutes 2022, section 462.357, subdivision 1c to authorize municipalities to amortize certain property uses that were previously prohibited from amortization.

Adds two exemptions to the amortization prohibition: adults-only bookstores, adults-only theaters, or similar adults-only businesses as defined by ordinance.

Adds a second exemption for production, processing, and industrial uses as defined by ordinance.

Effective the day following final enactment.
