Modifies prior appropriation for state veterans cemeteries to $1,500,000, with up to $500,000 for land acquisition in southeastern, southwestern, northwestern, and northeastern Minnesota.

Commissioner of veterans affairs must seek donations of land and use remaining funds to predesign, design, construct, and equip the cemeteries, with federal reimbursement deposited in state treasury.

Following completion of legislatively authorized cemeteries in northwestern Minnesota, Redwood, St. Louis, and Fillmore Counties, final federal reimbursement must be used for asset preservation of veterans homes statewide.

Extends bond sale authorization and appropriation deadline from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2034.

Increases planning requirement from three to four new state veterans cemeteries, with priority consideration given to Fillmore County's proposed donation for the southeastern Minnesota cemetery site.
