Expands the crime of unauthorized presence from Camp Ripley Military Reservation to include any campground, military reservation, armory, installation, or facility owned or controlled by state or federal government for military purposes.

Makes unauthorized entry or presence on these military facilities a misdemeanor if done intentionally and without authorization from the adjutant general or duly appointed commander in accordance with federal regulations.

Establishes a felony charge punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment or a fine of up to $10,000, or both, for entering restricted areas posted for weapon firing or other hazardous military activity while knowing it creates a risk of death, bodily harm, or serious property damage.
