Amends Minnesota Statutes section 120B.021, subdivision 4, to require the commissioner of education to include contributions of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people and people with disabilities in the history of the country and state during social studies academic standards review and revision.

Social studies academic standards review began in the 2020-2021 school year with subsequent reviews every ten years thereafter.

Maintains existing requirements to include contributions of Minnesota American Indian Tribes and communities, including urban Indigenous communities, in academic standards review.

Indigenous education recommendations for all students include Tribal histories, Indigenous languages, sovereignty issues, cultures, treaty rights, governments, socioeconomic experiences, contemporary issues, and current events.

Requires the commissioner to embed ethnic studies and technology and information literacy standards consistent with recommendations from school media specialists into state academic standards and graduation requirements.
