Grant funds designated for the Immigrant Development Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to acquire, renovate, and reconstruct a building housing a cultural mall in Moorhead.

Grant proceeds may be used for building acquisition, demolition work, building system improvements or replacements, repairs, site improvements, and interior space improvements.
