Appropriates $45,000,000 to the University of Minnesota for fiscal year 2025 (ending June 30, 2025) for operations and maintenance across the university's five campuses.

No appropriation provided for fiscal year 2024; all funding available only in fiscal year 2025.

Adds $45,000,000 to the operations and maintenance base budget for fiscal year 2026 and all subsequent years.

Funds are supplemental to existing appropriations in Laws 2023, chapter 41, article 1, section 4, and drawn from the general fund.
