Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256I.05 to create a new subdivision establishing a supplemental housing support rate for a specific provider in Blue Earth County.

County agencies shall negotiate a supplementary rate not to exceed $750 per month, in addition to the standard rate, beginning July 1, 2024.

Supplemental rate applies to housing support providers operating long-term residential facilities with a total of 20 beds.

Facilities must serve chemically dependent women and provide 24-hour-a-day supervision and other support services.

Legislatively authorized inflationary adjustments are included in the $750 per month cap.
