Appropriates $36,000,000 from the trunk highway fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of transportation for Highway 10 corridor improvements between St. Cloud and Clear Lake.

Funds shall be used for right-of-way acquisition, engineering, and construction of phase one improvements to U.S. Highway 10.

Project aims to create a safe, efficient, and accessible highway for all users with destinations along, across, or through the corridor.

Includes conversion of the corridor to an access-controlled, grade-separated freeway.

Effective date is the day following final enactment.
