Modifies the definition of "employee" under Minnesota's earned sick and safe time law to require at least 80 hours of work per year for an employer in Minnesota.

Adds a new exclusion for individuals employed by farmers, family farms, or family farm corporations to provide physical labor or farm management if the employer has five or fewer employees.

Creates an alternative exclusion for farm workers employed for 14 days or less each year by farmers, family farms, or family farm corporations.

Maintains existing exclusions for independent contractors and air carrier flight deck or cabin crew members subject to federal regulation and provided equivalent paid leave.
