Appropriates $1,500,000 from bond proceeds in the trunk highway fund to the commissioner of transportation for a corridor improvement study along marked Trunk Highway 65 in Anoka County, from 81st Avenue Northeast in Spring Lake Park to 93rd Lane Northeast in Blaine.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,500,000 to fund the appropriation, with bond proceeds deposited in the trunk highway fund bond proceeds account.

Bond issuance and sale governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11, issued at times and amounts requested by the commissioner of transportation.

Effective the day following final enactment.
