$24,000,000 appropriated from trunk highway bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for preliminary engineering, environmental documentation, final design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of intersection improvements at Marked Trunk Highway 65 and Anoka County State-Aid Highway 116 (Bunker Lake Boulevard Northeast) in Ham Lake.

$18,000,000 appropriated from state transportation general obligation bond proceeds for grants to Anoka County, the city of Ham Lake, or both for the same project improvements plus associated frontage roads, backage roads, connecting local streets, and water and sanitary sewer infrastructure improvements if necessary.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue up to $24,000,000 in trunk highway bonds per Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50 to 167.52 and Minnesota Constitution article XIV, section 11.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue up to $18,000,000 in general obligation bonds per Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Neither appropriation requires a nonstate contribution; section becomes effective the day following final enactment.
