Establishes limited driver's licenses for treatment court participants whose attendance or participation in treatment court is materially supported by use of a driver's license.

Requires treatment court coordinators to verify a person's treatment court participation status and provide details of scheduled hearings, meetings, treatment programs, support activities, and community service upon request from peace officers or law enforcement agencies.

Mandates treatment court coordinators notify the commissioner of public safety when a person is terminated from treatment court participation.

Prohibits the commissioner from imposing license conditions or limitations that would prevent treatment court participants from attending required hearings, meetings, treatment programs, support activities, or other court-ordered activities.

Classifies court records and driving restriction information for treatment court participant limited license holders as private data on individuals, but allows disclosure to law enforcement agencies with arrest authority.
