Amends Minnesota Statutes section 124D.901, subdivision 4, to modify allowed uses of student support personnel aid for school districts and charter schools with declining enrollment.

Allows school districts or charter schools that do not receive at least two applications to use aid for contracted services from licensed school counselors, school psychologists, school social workers, school nurses, or chemical dependency counselors.

Permits declining enrollment districts (those with lower enrollment on October 1 compared to the prior year) to use aid to maintain existing student support services personnel positions or contracted services established before the 2023-2024 school year.

Districts or charter schools that qualify as declining enrollment districts remain eligible to allocate aid under these provisions for each of the next four fiscal years.

Effective for revenue in fiscal year 2025 and later.
