Extends the suspension of earnings limitations for retired teachers covered by the Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) and St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association (SPTRFA) who return to teaching

Expands the earnings suspension period from fiscal years 2022-2024 to fiscal years 2022-2027 for TRA members, with annuity payments made during calendar years 2023-2028

Expands the earnings suspension period from calendar years 2022-2024 to calendar years 2022-2027 for SPTRFA members, with annuity payments made during calendar years 2023-2028

Allows reemployed teachers to receive their full annuity payments without deferral or forfeiture regardless of teaching salary earned during the suspension period

Extends the expiration date of the earnings limitation suspension from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2029
