Native American Community Clinic must hire a project manager to lead collaborative planning across Birth Justice Collaborative partner agencies.

Clinic must engage diverse American Indian communities and leaders to outline cultural care strategies for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences.

Clinic must complete predesign development and planning including identifying the birth center type, key services, staffing and financing needs, potential hospital partnerships, locations, and development timeline.

Clinic must submit a report by December 15, 2025 (or 12 months after receiving the grant) to the commissioner of health outlining development needs and plans for Hennepin County, potential state and public partnerships, financing strategies, and anticipated timeline.
