Extends the five-year period under Minnesota Statutes section 469.1763, subdivision 3, to ten years for Tax Increment Financing District 72nd & France 2 in the city of Edina.

Extends the period for use of increment after the five-year period expires from five years to 11 years for the 72nd & France 2 TIF district.

Allows the city of Edina or its housing and redevelopment authority to elect to extend the duration of the 72nd & France 2 district by five years.

Extends the five-year period to ten years and the increment use period to 11 years for Tax Increment Financing District 70th & France in the city of Edina.

Allows the city of Edina or its housing and redevelopment authority to elect to extend the duration of the 70th & France district by ten years, subject to compliance by the city, Hennepin County, and Independent School District No. 273.
