Appropriates $511,000 from the general fund to Independent School District No. 84, Sleepy Eye, for fiscal year 2025 to cover American Indian mascot removal and replacement costs.

Reimburses the school district for costs of removing and replacing American Indian mascots on school facilities and equipment, including athletic uniforms, signage, flooring, bleachers, stadium components, and wall mats.

Covers expenses incurred on or after June 1, 2023, to comply with Minnesota Statutes section 121A.041.

Appropriation is available until June 30, 2026, and is designated as a one-time appropriation.
