Amends Minnesota Statutes section 342.63, subdivision 6 to modify cannabis labeling and customer information requirements for cannabis businesses and medical cannabis retailers.

Requires cannabis businesses to provide customers with health information including impairment effects, mental health risks, risks to developing brains, pregnancy and breastfeeding contraindications, addiction potential, medication interactions, and other science-supported health risks.

Specifies that customers and patients must not operate motor vehicles or heavy machinery for eight hours after consuming edible THC-containing products or for four hours after smoking or vaping THC-containing products.

Requires businesses to provide resources for customers to consult about cannabis products, contact information for poison control and safety hotlines for reporting adverse effects, and information about substance use disorder treatment options.

Allows cannabis businesses to include required information by posting it in the retail premises or by providing it on a separate document or pamphlet given to customers at point of purchase instead of affixing all information directly to product packaging.
