Removes state senator and state representative candidates from the state partisan primary ballot by striking references to these offices from the partisan primary ballot order (candidates will no longer be listed in party columns for these offices).

Adds state senator and state representative candidates to the state and county nonpartisan primary ballot, prohibiting any political party designation or identification for these candidates.

Removes state senator and state representative candidates from the state general election ballot partisan offices section, allowing them to appear as nonpartisan candidates only.

Effective August 1, 2024, for all elections conducted on or after that date.
