Appropriates $5,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to Lone Pine Township for a regional wastewater collection system in Itasca County.

Funds the design, construction, and equipment of connections from onsite sewage systems in the Swan Lake area to the Nashwauk wastewater treatment facility.

Includes capital improvements to the Nashwauk treatment facility, new lift stations, a force main, and a low-pressure collection system around Swan Lake.

Includes funding to connect the cities of Marble and Calumet to the regional system.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $5,000,000 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.
