Amends Laws 2023, chapter 60, article 1, section 3, subdivision 5 to revise Parks and Trails Management appropriations from $118,305,000 (2024) to $111,680,000 (2025).

Appropriates $400,000 in fiscal year 2025 to the city of Spring Hill for design and construction of baseball field improvements including field lighting, grandstand, backstop, concrete improvements, and bleachers.

Distributes funds across multiple accounts including General ($36,707,000), Natural Resources ($72,673,000), and Game and Fish ($2,300,000) for fiscal year 2025.

Allocates additional grants for regional parks and trails, including $750,000 to St. Louis County for Voyageur Country ATV trail system, $1,200,000 to Dakota County for Mississippi River boat launch, and $1,900,000 to town of Crane Lake for visitor center and boat ramp improvements.

Sets the total general fund base budget for parks and trails division at $35,707,000 for fiscal year 2026 and later.
