Appropriates $300,000 from the arts and cultural heritage fund in fiscal year 2025 to the Minnesota Humanities Center for a 50th anniversary commemoration program of the Vietnam War/Southeast Asian conflict.

Commemoration program must recognize and honor contributions of Vietnamese, Lao, Cambodian, and Hmong communities and Minnesota Vietnam veterans.

Minnesota Humanities Center must consult with the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans to leverage their relationships with Southeast Asian Minnesotan communities and ensure meaningful participation in program design, implementation, and hosting.

Any unspent funds may be used by the Minnesota Humanities Center for other authorized purposes and remain available until expended.
