Appropriates $10,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the Asian Economic Development Association.

Grant funds are designated for the Asian Economic Development Association to acquire, design, construct, furnish, and equip renovation and expansion of their building in St. Paul.

Appropriation includes money to retire existing debt on the real property.

This is a onetime appropriation available until the project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes section 16A.642.

Effective the day following final enactment.
