Appropriates unspecified funding from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of human services for analysis of current rate-setting methodology for community first services and supports and personal care assistance services under Minnesota Statutes section 256B.851.

Requires the commissioner of human services to submit a report by January 15, 2025 to legislative committee chairs and ranking minority members with jurisdiction over human services policy and finance.

Report must include legislative language necessary to fund reimbursement rates associated with any proposed collective bargaining agreement between the state and individual providers of direct support services.

Direct support services are provided to participants in covered programs as defined under Minnesota Statutes section 256B.0711.
