Appropriates $150,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Lilydale for construction and equipment improvements to Lift Station No. 1

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $150,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Bond issuance follows procedures prescribed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7

Takes effect the day following final enactment
